Care Services

We have been providing care services in the community for 18 years.

We offer personal, domestic, social and night care to support you in maintaining your independence within your own home.

All of the care staff are local to the area and directly employed by the company. We do not use outside agency staff to provide your care.

We will meet with you to discuss your requirements for support, assess your situation and provide a tailor-made package.

We make no charge for the initial meeting or assessment and the package we offer will be fully inclusive with no hidden travel, administration or management review charges.

We offer a day rate, 6am to 10pm, hourly fee to calculate the cost of the package with no extra charge for weekends or bank holidays. The night visiting service is charged at a fee to cover the provision of two carers, 10pm to 6am, with different rates for week nights, weekend nights and bank holiday nights.

A full breakdown of the costs will be provided following an initial assessment.

Hospital Discharge Service

The hospital discharge service provides short term support to assist people with the earliest possible release from hospital by providing the appropriate care services in their home.

Family living at a distance may be concerned about the wellbeing of their relative following hospital discharge and we can offer peace of mind that our fully trained staff will work closely with other professions within the community in providing care services.

We will consult fully with the client and their family and other relevant services to provide an immediate response to hospital discharge.

We only employ home care workers local to the area who can assist daily with prescriptions, local shopping and contact with medical support.

Typical care provided in the first few days of discharge:

  • Assistance with meals
  • Assistance with dressing and bathing
  • Assistance with shopping
  • Remembering medication
  • Assistance with domestic services

We do not provide a medical service.

“Community Careline Services Dewsbury does not administer medical services including the application of dressings, catheter care, giving drugs by injection or supervising any specialist medical treatment.”

Should any of these services be required we will contact the appropriate professionals on your behalf.

For further information on our Hospital Discharge Service please telephone us on 01924 455 433 and speak to one of our care advisors.
